Be punctual
If you have an appointment with your friend ,but your friend is late for a long time. Are you angry with your friend or you don't care and you still wait for him/her ?I think it is important to be punctual.Even you have known each other very well. When I have a date with my friend, I uaually go out ahead of time.Because I don't like let my friend to wait for me. I think it is rude and impolite to be late. So be punctual for any appointment unless we have a reasonable reason for why we are late.

"If you have an appointment with your friend ,but your friend is late for a long time. Are you angry..." This is a grammatical error. You have put a period after "time". The first two sentences are much too long and complicated, however. You can cut a lot of words by asking simply "Are you angry when your friends are late for appointments with you, or don't you care? How long will you wait for a late friend?" [33 words (yours) versus 25 words (mine).]
"Even you have known each other very well." This is not a sentence and serves no purpose as an afterthought that deserves a separate sentence to itself. The verb tense is also strange. It should be joined to the previous sentence this way: "I think it is important to be punctual, even when meeting your best friend".
"Because I don't like let my friend to wait for me." There are a couple of misusages here. First, there's beginning the sentence, a reason that should be connected to the previous sentence, with "Because". I've mentioned this so many times that the next time you or anyone else in this class does this, you will get a zero for the entire assignment, as I say in my comment to Christine's 25 November blog: "Why have you written this when I've been criticizing everyone else who writes this kind of dependent clause as a separate sentence? I will have to assume that you don't bother to read what I write, that you follow a policy of ignoring what your teachers tell you not to do, or that you cannot understand English well enough to follow explicit directions and instruction. The next essay -- by anyone in this class, not just you -- that contains this error will earn a grade of zero."
Second, there's "let". You are not allowing your friend to wait for you. You would have to say "I don't like to make my friend wait for me." It would be more natural to say "I don't like to keep my friends waiting".
Third, there's the grammatically incorrect "to" in front of "wait". You need to study when and when not to include the "to" with the infinitive form of the verb.
The final sentence is a masterpiece of misusage: "So be punctual for any appointment unless we have a reasonable reason for why we are late." First, it tells the reader that because you think it's rude (which means exactly the same as "impolite", by the way, so you've said the same thing twice unnecessarily), that everyone else should be punctual. That's just a bit arrogant.
Second, you shifted from talking about yourself to talking about "we". To be consistent with the beginning of your sentence, you should have used "you" instead of "we", but to be consistent with your entire essay, you should have stuck to talking about yourself.
Don't preach to your audience. Don't try to teach your audience, unless you're teaching people how to do something like make bread in a rice cooker or how to do something that doesn't involve personal values. Not everyone shares your values, and even those who do may not appreciate being told what they should and should not do by someone in your position (I don't really know what that position might be beyond a 21-year-old undergraduate student at STUT) or by you in particular.
I'm dissatisfied with your post because it's unfinished -- and, therefore, unsatisfying -- not because it contains misusages. You ask your readers to answer a question, but you don't answer it. Do you get angry with your friends when they are late? Do you wait for them? For how long? It's an interesting question, so the answers you did not give would have been interesting. They would tell us a little bit about what kind of person you are.
